Tsubasa
From birth, Raiden has always had the second part of his Kekkei Genkai down pact, though not as effeciently as he does now after all of his training. (No dur? xD) On the back of his right shoulder is a tattoo-like birthmark with a very distinct swirling geometric design that glows a soft white light when it activates. (See below for picture)
Tsubasa (Sword in Japanese) is a very special Kekkei Genkai that is both part of and seperate of Yugande-me at the very same time. Using Tsubasa, Raiden can create and destroy items that have bladded edges, from any kind of material; and blades made from one material will have different attributes than others.
Elemental Tsubasa
The effects that his weapons have are based solely off of the sacrificed elements as much as the other materials. For example, a spear created from fire will have a burning effect whereas one made from electricity will have a shocking kick to it instead. That said, one made from water will be hazardous when used against lightning. Though that is just one example of the many different types of weapons he can create.
[Note: Though they are made from harmful elements sometimes, they also have his own chakra added to the mix, meaning that an otherwise harmful weapon will not cause him harm.]
Tsubasa Spires [Yugande-me Activation Required]
As said before, this is the second part of his Yugande-me Kekkei Genkai. When combined together, the pair create a very dangerous mix. Like the entrapment technique, Tsubasa can be used in conjuncture with the vocal point of his vision. When that kind of situation occurs, Raiden can cause spires to shoot out of solid and liquid surfaces to attack his enemies with quick and almost always fatal results.
Tsubasa Prison Part 1 [Yugande-me Activation Required]
This and the following part of the techniques are the only two sides of Tsubasa that have nothing at all to do with blades. For part one, bars of energy rise from the ground in a constricting pattern picked by Raiden himself, closing his opponent(s) within an actual jail cell that looks like a box created from metal bars. once the bars are at a height that Raiden deems suffecient, the bars then bend at a ninety degree angle and close in the top to seal the cage tightly.
[Note: These bars are created in the same fashion as the Yugande-me Barrier with the only exception being that they are clearly visible.]
Tsubasa Prison Part 2 [Yugande-me Activation Required]
This technique doesn't necessarily have to come after Part 1, though it is much harder for it to work without it. Shooting up from the ground, two rock pillars move to grip the wrists of his opponent. Seconds after the capture is made, the pillars shoot back down towards the ground to bring the newly captured individual to his/her knees in front of him. The reason this is such a dangerous capture technique is the fact that once brought to their knees in such a way, there is no option to escape without outside interferrence.
